Rhythm Fitness, Inc. is an innovative exercise program that employs steps from a variety of Latin dances -- Bachata, Merengue, Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Tango and Swing -- to provide specific muscle group strengthening in combination with an intense cardio workout.
Unlike other dance fitness programs, Rhythm Fitness' dance steps and styling techniques transfer easily to a nightclub dance floor.

All levels of fitness and dance are welcome. The Rhythm Fitness concept was created in 2003 by Damian Martorana, a professional Ballroom Dance instructor and competitor.

Rhythm Fitness, Inc. offers several dance exercise classes at various levels of intensity and difficulty. Our dance education program covers group and private lessons in the Latin and Smooth Ballroom dance styles. We do NOT employ contracts like franchise studios: if you just want to take a few lessons to polish your skills or learn a wedding dance, that's fine. Classes are taught in a variety of convenient locations throughout the greater Orlando area. And when you get "really good," you can join our Dance Formation Team!
Dance entertainment includes the critically acclaimed Rhythm and Fever Show and more! Rhythm Fitness, Inc. entertainment packages can help you add spice to your business functions, weddings and other social gatherings.
